In accordance with Law 1581 of 2012 “whereby the general provisions for the protection of personal data are dictated” and its Regulatory Decree 1074 of 2015, we inform that in MARIO DELGADO ECHEVERRY E HIJOS SAS, we maintain procedures and policies to safeguard the personal data that have been or are collected in the development of our activities.
We kindly invite you to know our Policy of Personal Data Protection and Treatment are available for consultation on our website or at our offices located at Avenida Carrera 24 # 37- 31 Office 202 in the city of Bogotá, D.C.
Your personal data are may be included in a database and shall be collected, stored, used, shared and treated safely for the following purposes, if you are one of our clients to: i) communicate information about the processes entrusted to us; ii) offer new services related to the activities developed by us in accordance with our corporate purpose and / or services offered through our website www.mdelaw.com, iii) send warnings about term expirations, iv) Repeat information about processes abroad that are of interest to you, v) Send information to foreign correspondents to cause to comply with the legal powers previously granted. In the case of our employees, this information is used to: i) Let you know the replacement of our employees, ii) Send information about decisions of the company that may be of interest to you. Iii) Give them directions related to their work.
We do hereby inform that the personal data have been and will be shared with third parties located in Colombia and abroad with whom a Transfer Agreement and/or Personal Data Transmission Agreement is signed, as appropriate, in order to keep the security and data protection in accordance with applicable rules and standards.
In compliance with the mentioned regulations, the holders of personal information may exercise the following rights: (I) to know, access, update and rectify your personal data, ii) to request proof of authorization granted, iii) to be informed on the use that has been made of your personal data, iv) to submit to competent authorities any complaint regarding infringements to the law, v) to revoke the authorization and/or request the suppression of data when the treatment does not comply with the principles, rights and constitutional and legal guarantees.
In accordance with Decree 1074 of 2015, the request to suppress the information and to revoke the authorization is not applicable when the Holder has legal or contractual duty to remain on the database.
